RIVERSIDE COTTAGE

1.

Weekly hire commences from the booking date (Saturday) 4pm and vacates at 11am last day of booking.

2.

Telephone bookings are taken provided that confirmation by booking form with cheque payment of 30% deposit is received within 5 days. 

3.

A deposit of 30% should be sent with the booking form to secure reservation. (Cheques should be payable to " Riverside Cottage ").

4.

Balance of hiring fee must be at Pulhams Mill 6 weeks before the booked arrival date.

5.

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Monies can only be refunded if Riverside Cottage is re-let for the period of the booked hire. If there is no re-let the hirer is liable for the full amount of the fee. You are advise dto take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

6.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking application, and to terminate accommodation at our absolute discretion.

2 well behaved dogs are allowed (see Tariff on home page)

8.

The hirer is responsible for all persons in the party to respect and look after Riverside Cottage and its contents.
Please keep and leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next occupants.

9.

Any damage etc. to the cottage or its contents is the liability of the hirer who must notify us immediately of any such event so that repair/replacement can be arranged.
